The stay at Oca Puerta del Camino in Santiago de Compostela had its high points. The elevator situation was frustrating as it took a long time, especially when carrying heavy luggage down stairs. Some cleanliness issues were evident, as I spotted dust buildup in a few areas. while some were helpful, others seemed less trained in handling busy periods. Noise disturbances from outside were a bit bothersome, affecting sleep quality. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel had a lovely outer swimming pool, which the kids, especially my grandchild, adored! We enjoyed spending time in the café, where the service was outstanding. The spacious rooms made our family gatherings comfortable and memorable.

The staff were accommodating they even let us check in early when we arrived from the airport. Plus they prepped breakfast bags for us when we had to leave at 4:30am which was really a lifesaver.
